This shawl is for Shetland wool lovers. Elizabeth Johnston designed it. She had the great idea to combine Shetland lace with lace mohair. The combination creates a wonderfully soft fabric that drapes well and is also crisp to hold the shape. 

The shawl is knit in the lovely Madeira Cascade lace pattern and includes a cabled edge. So, it does not require a further edge or border. Once it is knit from one end to the other, it is finished and ready to wear. You will enjoy this gorgeous softness around your shoulders.
